A grape variety typical of Trentino and Friuli, it expresses itself on clay soils under a climate tempered between sea and mountains, revealing floral notes of wisteria and roses, hints of yellow-fleshed fruits, citrus, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it shows a fresh, savory Traminer, ideal to accompany seafood appetizers such as gratinated scallops, herring with onions, or Triestine-style spider crab.

The animal on the label is a deer, characteristic of the Alto Adige mountains where Traminer originates, and also commonly found in Friuli.

Soil composition:Medium-depth soil, with moderate skeleton, clay fraction rich in silica, mixed with conglomerate, well-drained.

Harvest period: Metà settembre

Alcohol content: 12,5%

Aging: Vasche in inox, bottiglia

Serving temperature: 10-12°C

Tasting notes:Straw yellow. The nose is charming, revealing floral notes of wisteria and yellow roses, fruity hints of peach and pineapple, with citrus nuances and touches of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh and lightly savory, soft, with a pleasant finish. Perfect to enjoy with seafood appetizers.
