From our over 60-yearold vineyards in Oslavia, we harvest the grapes to produce this D.O.C. Collio red wine with abright ruby red color, a delicate bouquet of wild berries, cherry, and vanilla, and a dry sip with harmonious tannins. Itsmaceration is 12 days; then it is aged for many years in wooden barrels.
Combine it with a dish from our area: wild boar goulash.
Description

Color: Rubyred with a tendency towards garnet

Aroma: Fulland fragrant bouquet with delicate scents of forest fruits, cherry jam, and a light hint of vanilla

Flavor: Dry, fullbodied, with elegant, flavorful, and harmonious tannins

Alcohol content: 13,5%

Serving temperature: 17-18° C

Vinification: Afterharvesting, the grapes are macerated for 12 days, and then the wine is aged in barrels and barriques.
