Shipping and delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Italy is free, whatever the order value. For other European Union countries there is a flat rate of €30.
How long does delivery take?
We prepare and ship your order within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days in Italy and 5–7 working days to other EU countries.
Which courier do you use?
We ship with MBE (Mail Boxes Etc.). Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive a tracking number to follow it right to your door.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we ship to all European Union countries for a flat rate of €30. For destinations outside the EU, write to us at shop@fieglvini.com and we will see what we can do.
How is the wine packed?
Bottles travel in protective packaging designed specifically for wine, so they arrive intact even after a long journey.
What if a bottle arrives broken?
It can happen, although rarely. Send us a photo of the parcel and the bottle by email to shop@fieglvini.com or on WhatsApp: we will send you a replacement free of charge.
Can I send wine as a gift to another address?
Of course. At checkout you can enter a shipping address that differs from your billing address. If you would like to add a card with a message, write it in the order notes.
Orders and payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer.
If I pay by bank transfer, when will my order ship?
We ship as soon as the payment reaches our account. This usually takes 1–2 working days; with an instant transfer it is almost immediate.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. When you order, enter your company name, address and VAT number in the order notes and we will issue an invoice.
Where do I enter a discount code?
In the cart or at checkout you will find the coupon code field: enter your code and the discount is applied to the total straight away.
Can I give a gift card?
Yes, in our online shop you will find Fiegl gift cards: a simple way to let the recipient choose their own wine.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If your order has not shipped yet, write to us as soon as possible at shop@fieglvini.com or on WhatsApp and we will sort it out.
Can I return the wine?
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, as provided by law for online purchases. Bottles must be intact and sealed. Write to us at shop@fieglvini.com and we will explain how.
Who can buy wine on this website?
The sale of alcohol is restricted to adults. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
