About the wine
Malvasia Fiegl is a semi-aromatic white wine made from Malvasia grapes. It stands out for its fresh, fruity aromas and balanced palate, ideal for those who love fragrant whites that are not too demanding. The intriguing nose may suggest sweetness, but Malvasia from Collio is a dry wine.
Winemaking
The grapes are hand-picked at peak aromatic ripeness. They are vinified as a white wine, with fermentation at a moderate, controlled temperature to preserve the varietal aromas.
